REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WE WILL NOT REFUND ANY ITEM UNLESS IT IS DEFECTIVE. IF THE ITEM RECEIVED IS DAMAGED, WE ASK YOU PROVIDE US AN EMAIL WITH AN IMAGE OF THE DEFECT. IF WE CAN DETERMINE THE ITEM IS IN FACT DEFECTIVE WE WILL SEND YOU A RETURN CONFIRMATION NUMBER. THE ITEM MUST BE UNWORN WITH ORIGINAL TAGS. PURE IS RARE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING OR CUSTOM FEES. IF ITEM IS IN FACT DEFECTIVE WE WILL PROCESS THE EXCHANGE. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED WE CAN NOT MAKE ANY EXCHANGES BUT CANCEL THE ORDER.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders purchased during business hours (M-F 10AM - 6PM PST) will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Please allow 1 full business day for tracking number to be updated.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged shipments.

*We here at Pure is Rare do not ship during the weekends, or during holidays. All shipping will resume the Monday after a holiday or weekend.

Additional duties may apply to your package once it has entered your country, PURE IS RARE LLC is not responsible for these additional fees. Customs law differs from country to country, so in some cases orders may get caught and inspected by customs which delays delivery.
